How do I fix water-damaged back camera and 3x zoom issue on iPhone?

Water damaged back camera

Also my portrait has set to 3x zoom and it can’t zoom back to normal or 1x. I have reset my phone but still it didn’t work

You don’t fix anything. You take your water-damaged iPhone to an Apple Store or authorize Apple reseller for examination and diagnosis. Unless you have AppleCare+ that covers accidental damage you will have to pay for repairs, if offered.

Water damage to your iPhone in most cases is not repairable. The reason being is the water will spread to the parts in the iPhone and cause corrosion and stop working, and furthermore Apple won’t even service your iPhone, with or without coverage. I recommend you backup your data immediately as the iPhone can fail on you at any moment, and when you buy a new iPhone you can restore your data to it.

Apple will not service a water-damaged iPhone.
