I’m trying to apply for a job but when I go to upload it from documents or downloads my files are there but are blurred and won’t let me click on any of them to upload?

Restart your mac
try a different browser
try a different PDF editor, anything but Preview.app(?)
What does "blurred" mean. Files are either enabled or disabled. Disabled are dimmed, but I wouldn't call it blurry.
If they are disabled, they are likely not in a format that the website accepts for upload.
All my files are done on word and I’ve saved them to documents and it’s blurred out I can’t even click on them to try and upload.
As already stated by leroydouglas, not enough detail in your initial post. Are you using an online form to upload a file? Does the form accept the file type you say you can not upload?
