Why won't my iPhone 16 Pro Max connect to my printer?

I have been trying to print from my new apple 16 pro Max I had transferred all my data from my old 6s Plus mobile, I can’t print from this phone although I am able to print from my 2x Apple IPads, HP laptop and my old Apple iPhones 6s & 5s, my new mobile refuses to find my printer, however it did print without any issues after spending many hours to overcome the issue, now it has stopped me from printing again, Very frustrating, very disappointing please advise best action I have attempted to resolve the issue by following similar issues on YouTube. Next time there is a problem with any of the devices/computers connected to the Wi-Fi router, a full power-cycle sequence may be worth testing (do not forget the router):

  • Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhones, the iPads, and all other devices/computers.
  • Wait two to three minutes.
  • Power on the router.
  • Wait two to three minutes.
  • Power on the printer.
  • Wait a minute or two.
  • Power on the iPhones, the iPads, and all other devices/computers.

Also, if you are using a VPN app, try to turn it off or remove it (at least temporarily).

When attempting to print any item from my mobile it keeps informing me that the printer is off line, this is incorrect because I printing from 2x other Apple IPhones & IPad also this new 16s was printing after I eventually set it up I’m beginning to think It was a total waste of money upgrading to this latest expensive Apple mobile
