I bought a new iPad 10 days ago . It's running 18.3.2. I can't get the clock face widget on the home screen to change to my time zone. It stays CUP. The date and time are correct in my settings. What else can I do ?

Assuming that the Time & Date is already correctly set in iPad settings, the Time Widget will automatically show the correct time in the Time Widget for the selected city...
To change the selected city in the Time Widget, touch and hold the Widget to open the associated Action Menu. From the menu, select Edit Widget. You should now be able to select a city close to you (or another city or cities of your choice).
Check Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically and be certain it’s “on”.
I did that previously when checking date and time were correct. Still puzzled.
I added Chicago and deleted all the other cities but when I return to the Home Screen, it still shows CUP. I even shut down and restarted to see if that would help. I’m stuck.
