Why is Apple One being charged twice in one month?

I was charged for Apple One of March 3rd. It said the subscription would renew April 9th but they tried charging for it March 29th again. Why are they trying to charge me twice in one month for this subscription?

Did you attempt to make a purchase that was unable to be processed due to lack of funds? That would be an indication that your payment method is no longer valid and why you received an email that a future subscription on April 9th may not be able to be processed. When a payment method is deemed not valid, you will need to add one that is. You can contact Apple directly for confirmation.

I don't see anywhere that said it tried to charge you for the subscription set to renew on April 9th. What I see is the email that says "There is a problem with your payment method that may prevent renewal of this subscription".


That is why I asked you if there was a purchase attempt for something else that failed. That would mean your payment method is no longer valid and with a payment method that is not valid, you may have a problem with your subscription that is set to renew on April 9th if you do not add one that is valid.
