Your phone has not been hacked.

This is a scam email that is trying to trick you into buying completely useless software that will do nothing to help your phone......or worse....trying to trick you into providing personal information.

Ignore and delete that email. Do the same with other emails like this that you will see.

You do not have a trojan virus. What you likely received is the well known "Hey Pervert" scam that claims that a virus was installed on your computer. They are simply trying to scare you into giving them money.

You should be scared if they called you by your real name. But the fact that they called you by anonymous just tells that they do not even know who you are and have no access to your personal information whatsoever.

That is a scam attempt. Your iPhone is not hacked. They are rather trying to get you to purchase unnecessary software and give them your hard earned money or give them your personal information. Simply ignore the message and do not interact with it, we all get them now and then.

If this were true, they would have already sent you some of your own photos as proof.

Everybody gets these emails, it's an extortion technique designed to scare you into giving them money.

Once again......your phone does not have a virus. This is a very common scam that is circulating.

Ignore and delete that email. If they call again, hang up.
