How do I get rid of "Load Content Directly"?

I cannot find Email settings to turn off "Load Content Directly" on my MacBook Pro. I don't even know how this got turned on

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.3

To load content automatically, disable "Protect Mail Activity" in Mail > Settings > Privacy


Open Mail.app from the menu bar select Mail>Settings>Privacy

Protect Mail Activity

Hide IP address

Block all remote content
