Using Siri to make calls

I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 16e from a 14 Pro. I used to be able to call my wife, Mercy, by asking Siri to "Call Mercy." Now, when doing so, Siri will either tell me that no "Care and Mercy Foundation" was found in my contacts, or it will call Mercy Pharmacy or Mercy Presbyterian Church. I have no idea what or where these places are. How can I fix this?
