Unable to delete app data from iCloud to free up space

Trying to free up storage space on iCloud and in the ‘Other’ section it shows me apps that are syncing that I no longer have on my device. How do I permanently delete its data from iCloud because when I try it just comes back. There are 3 specific ones circled in black on screenshot
