Why does the App Store ask to contact iTunes for app downloads?

Hi, I want to download apps from the App Store. Still, they are asking to please get in touch with iTunes to complete this transaction, even though I didn’t buy anything and I put my number and details, but still it’s showing the same message. Can you help me to solve this issue It will be really appreciated. Waiting for your earliest response on this.
