How do i watch Apple TV+ on my regular PC? I have signed out of my old ipad.

I have just bought an Apple TV + subscription yet cannot seem to access any of the shows on my laptop (PC). I was originally still signed into my ancient ipad that I no longer use so I signed out of that. How do i set up my laptop so I can watch shows on my PC? thanks
