Glitch on In-built Cam when i turn on face time EFX

Hi!

3 months ago i purchased a Macbook Pro M3 Max. Reciently my in-built webcam shows a glitchs effect (distortion) when i turn on. The problem increase when i turn on portrait effect or another effect of Face time.

I hace tried reinstalling MacOS and full reset but nothing works.

sometimes the cam works well but a loy of times the glitch appears. ???
