Enter password for Macintosh HD
There is an issue I need to contact and chat pls the Mac book pro 2020
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4
The help community is peer to peer and without a chat function. Apple doesn’t participate here.
If the disk is encrypted and the Mac is asking for the password then the only way to move forward is to supply the correct password or to reformat that disk. Reformatting will erase any data that is on that drive.
