How do I get a refund after being rejected twice?

I want to buy subscription for different application, but by mistake I bought subscription some other application, where should I raise concern, please advise.

My claim has been rejected twice.

Then you are almost certainly out of luck.


You can try contacting Support directly using the Support link at the bottom left of every page of these forums.

If Apple told you their decision is final, it's final.

In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final, since it requires double clicking the side button with the subscription and amount showing on the screen, followed by verification with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode. At times, Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should not be expected.

Hi, Thank you for replying, I even reached out to support, but they are saying the decision is final. We can’t do anything, then I reached to the developer of the app they said, reached out to Apple as they have the authority to refund we can’t do anything. You can try calling Apple Support directly, and when the 1st tier support agent answers your call, request that your call be expedited to Customer Relations.

Please post back what you find out. I have seen no cases where that has worked after a finalized disapproval of a refund, but would sure like to know if it worked for you and would be helpful to others.
