Cheaply made apple case? No exchange?

iPhone 16 pro max owner, I’ve bought two of your silicone cases, which aren’t cheap. The 1st one broke within the first week, I’m a pianist I don’t have a construction job. Then they’ve sent me a new one, and the corners keep slipping off of my phone. Does everyone have these experiences with these $50+ Apple cases? Do I just start buying cheap ones from Amazon? Right now I’m over $100 in just for cases, um Apple, how about giving me a case that’ll work?? And not charge me $50 more dollars! And if this is a recurring problem(seen post from 2022 with same issues) why haven’t you not fixed the issues? I’m having the same problem as a guy 3 years ago. Y’all really need to do something for your customers who has been loyal since the launch of the 3g. If your cases are this cheaply made, it doesn’t matter what logo you put on them, you shouldn’t be charging more than $9.99, at best. If I’m gonna pay $50 for a case that doesn’t work, Apple should be prepared to fix the wrong. And do it after seven days or 10 days, whatever they give you some people have a life. And your cheap products may work past your extremely short return period. It just feels like a scam.
