Receiving virus notifications from pavolachns.com How can I remove this program?

I may have accidentally downloaded malware/spyware that Norton is not picking up? pavolachns.com is constantly sending notifications to download something. Please help....

I don't know what pavolachns.com is, but rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk. Uninstall "Norton" in accordance with its instructions. It's junk.

Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community may be applicable.

Browser Notifications are not malware, spyware, viruses, etc.
