My iPhone 16 was fully charged this morning. When I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. After several tries, a message informed me that my Hiya app was blocking me. Never happened before. Now I cannot use my phone. How can I unlock Hiya or ....?

Hiya is not an Apple app.
What did the support people at Hiya say when you contacted them about blocking your iPhone?

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I ended up taking it to an AT&T store. The problem was taken care of quickly.
What happens if you delete the Hiya app?

So how are you getting a message from Hiya that your phone is blocked?
That was the reply my husband received from Hiya when he tried to call me on his iPhone.
Follow Mr. Hoffman's advice.
My Hiya (spam phone call blocker) will not allow me to use my iPhone. I am unable to call or send messages.
