How do I remove an unknown device from my iCloud account after a phone hack?

A device I don't recognize showed up under my Apple ID account during and after my phone was hacked.. What should I do?

Remove it by going to Settings > [name on top] and scroll down to see the list of devices. After tapping on it and choosing to remove it, then follow up by changing your password.

The only way a device can be added to your account is if they have your Account Password, which may have been possible through a phishing message/email. After removing them and changing your password, they will not be able to sign into your account again. Information gained from a device logged into your account ranges from your contacts stored in iCloud along with any Photos stored there. Billing information will not show your card number, so access to that would be limited to deleting or changing it. Also review the information provided here:
