Final Cut Pro Video Won’t Export

I’ve been trying to export this video I just edited, and I worked so hard on it. This is my first time using Final Cut Pro, and no matter what, I keep exporting it, but nothing is showing up. It’s not appearing in any of my files—HELP!

If you use Save Only you are asked to name the file and select a location to save it. Please post screenshots of what you’re doing. Opt-Cmd-4 lets you drag a box across an area of the screen, makes a snapshot, and saves it to the Desktop.

If you see your system drive on the desktop select it and press Cmd-I to show information about the drive. Post a screenshot.

You said before that you were exporting to Downloads, but now you’re saying you are not sure.

It is unlikely that the export will be to Downloads unless you explicitly selected that folder.

If you choose Share and then Next, the default location is probably the one used last time-which one is it?

Also, in Finder you may do a search using the name, size (e.g. greater than 1GB) and date created (e.g. within last day or two). If the file exists you should find it.
