Apple charging immediately for free app trials

Twice in the last month, I have downloaded an app and clicked on the free trial and I’ve been immediately charged $21.59 by Apple. The first time I thought it was a fluke and just to hold, but after it just happened to me again minutes ago, I looked and I was actually charged. How do I get refunded for these two?

The app did not recognise that a trial already existed and gave a new end date for the trial. However before the end of the second trial date, the app charged us for an annual subscription. I was charged for a free trial at the minute I accepted to start the free trial It billed me a lot more than the app even asked for in the begin with. The name of the app is AVI. I got charged for it and deleted immediately and removed subscription. But I can’t ask for refund because it doesn’t even show that it billed me. Just got an sms with Apple Pay bill and no way to get refund. That happened to me twice btw. I’m scared of using these “free” trial apps. It cost me a lot of money and I’m asking for a refund

I would like to be refunded. I was charged for a subscription that Im not using. I would like to be redunded I would like to be refunded. I do not have any other attentions to use this app for $105 bucks
