How to recover permanent delete videos from yesterday or two days back ?

If you removed them from the Recently Deleted folder, which is permanent, they are permanently gone. If you didn't back them up anywhere else, they are permanently gone. Did you remove them from the Recently Deleted folder? If yes, there is no way to recover what no longer exists.
Only if you've been making backups.

You're welcome. This is why I have redundant backups. My photos/videos are backed up to a backup service as well as Amazon Photos, which as a Prime Member is free, up to a certain storage level. I think I pay $1.99/month now, but I can never lose a photo or video permanently.
You don't. that's what the combination of "permanently" and "deleted" comes down to...
