If you're getting the google homepage when you enter the IP address then it could be a dns hijack. How are you accessing the internet? Is it on your home WiFi? Does this problem only happen on WiFi?

Go to settings, WiFi and hit the i next to the network you're using. Scroll down and hit Configure DNS. What is ticked and what are your DNS servers - screenshot would be good.

If it is a DNS hijack it does not necessarily mean your phone has been hacked, it could be your router or a problem at your ISP. Do Not hit the OK button.

Oops - just noticed from the screenshot it looks like you're seeing it on your mobile network, so it's pretty unlikely to be dns hijack unless the mobile network is hacked. Please confirm if you see the problem when you're on both on WiFi and on your mobile network.

When you're on WiFi confirm the DNS settings as per my earlier post.

The website you were visiting is where that message came from. I understand it was redacted, and closing the app will simply reopen to the same page. You have 2 tabs open on Chrome from the screenshot and you will need to manually delete the other tab.

Also review the Home Page that is set to be used if you want to continue with Chrome. Resetting and restoring from a backup will just put your device in the exact same state it was before the reset.

In addition, compare internet usage to see if you have any problems when using Safari.
