How can I protect my Apple devices from cyber bullies?

I am senior new to APPLE DEVICES. Find myself struggling with Technology. I been using ANDROID DEVICES (phone, tablets Chromebook's) from the beginning. For the last couple of years I encountered a serious issues for me, my health and my word worth trust. I had been single targeted t by two or possible more cyber bullies. Everything an anything such as changing the settings of my phone, setting themselves as my administrator(s) blocking me from using my apps, putting restriction, planting websites that I have no interest or even know that their existed, lots of folders on my DOCUMENTS APP, no idea what is them because of password(s)set on folders, changing info on my bank app, hospital app, missing appointments, redirecting my phone calls AND all the way to using my identity to put a block on a GOOGLE adobe Lr subscription, Amazon store card, and a monthly loan. Those last three I have not been able to recover for five months now because of not being able to verify that I am me, myself and I. Yes i had sent every document, pictures and videos that I had been asked for.
