Help! I’m getting notifications during sleep mode on my watch, it’s a new series 10 watch and it’s up to date with software, I’m getting stand notifications every hour - any ideas? Thanks

I have disabled the Stand Reminders in the Settings/Activity on the Watch. This seems to be the only way to not getting notifications during the Sleep Focus.
Let's hope that Apple fixes this issue in an upcoming update.
