Why am I not receiving payment notification for iCloud backup on iPhone?

Hello,

I would like to make a payment to pay 0,99€ for the backup on icloud (it’s the first time I do). But by the time I should receive a notification on my phone to make the payment nothing happens.

I do not receive any notification either if I do it on the icloud site from my phone or if I do it on the site from my computer, in no case I receive a notification on my iphone. I have also the don the last update.

Can you please help me ?
