Wallpaper after 15.4 update goes white
After 15.4 update last night, I tried changing to a custom solid color like I had before (a mid gray) but it will not change. I can pick the basic solid colors but that is all.

I had the same problem and immediately called Apple Care and spoke with a Tier 2 support person who also said it was a known bug and will hopefully be fixed in the next update. In the meantime I went to the website below and uploaded a JPEG in the "Add Photo" of the solid color I had before and replaced the white background: https://www.solidbackgrounds.com/
