What is this? I am being automatically charged monthly for renewing a subscription, but I don’t know what it is.
How can I cancel it since it doesn’t show up on my subscriptions page?

Where are you seeing this subscription then if it does not appear in your subscriptions page?
Are you a Family Organizer for a Family sharing group or do you share your payment method with anybody? If so, check the accounts for the other family members for active subscriptions for the account of whomever you share your payment method with.
Also, do you have another Apple ID you may have your payment method added to?
