Pop-up keeps appearing and disappearing on my iPhone

I was browsing my phone and suddenly got the following pop-up which kept appearing and disappearing every few seconds I couldn’t click on back but “cancel” work and it disappeared.

I have never seems such thing before has my phone been hacked? What could be causing that otherwise?
