I have discovered the same issue.

Overheating iPhone:

Overview my above reply. I’ve noticed the same this. My phone commonly overheats this time around, but I just don’t notice until I hold my iPhone on my face it. While on a call, it is the back(where I have my palm to it). The heat there, at times, but it doesn’t always overheat. Watching a YouTube or iTunes video or just posting in these forums I don’t get that. My Battery Health is at 85%, and has been so for over 6 months. So, I’d say it’s no more in relevance to phone calls, and maybe low Battery Health. I’ve reported this to Apple. Maybe do the same.

Use an Otter Box Case:

I don’t notice it a lot, and that’s probably because I am always using an Otter Box brand case. So, you light want to consider the using the same.

To be honest you always say the same stuff every new update of apple and people complaining.

Because the answer is the same after every update.

its this time a real issue, so like apple needs to fix this so please stop using the same pr bs and start sorting out how we can fix this THANKS!

It's expected that your phone will use more battery for a couple of days after an update. There is nothing to fix.

What apps are consuming the battery at Settings > Battery and scroll down to view the apps over the last 24 hours. You can post the screenshot for those apps as some have already been identified as having an issue with battery consumption even when they are not being used. The apps are updated in the background much more frequently then the iOS updates and many times go unnoticed since intervention is not required on your part to update them. Many times those updates will also include bugs as been noted by Meta with a previous battery consumption problem.

For example, Facebook has been updated 1 day ago, 6 days ago, and 1 week ago, all which could coincide with an iOS update. Users are more likely to associate an issue with an iOS update while ignoring the app updates that can also cause problems, especially when related to battery consumption when those apps are using Background Processes.
