The notifications come with a delay of between 15 and 50 minutes on my iPhone when connected to Wi-Fi

I have a problem with notifications from third party apps like Instagram, Facebook, etc. I noticed that the problem occurs when my iPhone is connected to my home Wi-Fi. I had the problem on iOS 18.1, however, it was fixed in January, but now after updating iOS to 18.3.2, the problem is back. I have restarted the phone, reset network settings, reinstalled apps, but nothing helps. Maybe someone had or has this problem? How to fix it?

It’s a third party app issue. Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp are all Meta products. You’ll need to work with their support teams.

I do admin several large Facebook groups and notifications have been poor performing for some time. Facebook has been releasing about an update a week for the last 6 months trying to stomp out their bugs. I notice notifications will improve for awhile and then get slow again. I attribute it to their numerous updates.
