How can I prevent unauthorized access to my iCloud?

My iCloud back up history on my iPhone today said that the last backup was yesterday morning by someone I never heard of called "Denne iPhonen". How could that be and it seems all of my data is now at risk? What should I do?

Backups don't establish who made the backup, only the name of the device being backed up.
Backups can only happen directly for the device being backed up. They can't happen or be initiated remotely at all.
"Dennen iPhone" is Norwegian for "This iPhone". That backup is specifically for the iPhone you are on.
iCloud backups, unless the option is manually disabled in settings, will automatically backup the iPhone over night when connected to power and wi-fi.
