How do I unbind a specific game from my Game Center account on a single device?

So, I have a game bonded to my Game Center account, and I want to get rid of it. However, on my other devices and such, I have other games that I want to keep. I just want to unbind my account from a specific game on a specific device, and I don't know what to do.
