Can't find the Apple One Family Sharing Purchase History...Help!

I have an Apple One Family Sharing account. I have trouble finding the family purchase page that has the drop down menu with each family member's name and their purchases. It seems sometimes I can find it and sometimes it evades me. Am I crazy or is it not always available? Some months I find it right away and some months it seems I wander around and never do find it. Help....
