How can I disable the Digital Crown scroll feature on my Apple Watch?

Hi there!

This "new" feature is very frustrating and causing a flood of negative emotions.

When exercising, moving hands a lot or even attempting press a crown (while running) I keep turning the wheel which results in this annoying (and IMHO not very useful) menu.

I honestly tried to find reasons to love this but failed.

Is there a way to disable this? I tried "Wake on crown rotation" -> off, but it doesn't make any difference.

Hope there is a way to disable this or maybe some hero at Apple is working on it right now.

Thank you!

You can let Apple know about your wishes for more control options for the Digital Crown by using the Feedback link:

Feedback - Apple Watch - Apple

Did you try to change the orientation of the watch face, so that you can wear the Digital Crown on the opposite of your wrist?

You can find these settings in Settings/General/Watch Orientation in the WatchApp on your iPhone, or directly on the watch in Settings/General/Orientation.
