Third thunderbolt device won't show/work

I have connected external portable display (first thunderbolt port), then I connect my M.2 NVMe SSD in thunderbolt 3 enclosure (second port), but I'm unable to connect second M.2 NVMe SSD in thunderbolt 3 enclosure on the last Thunderbolt port on my Mac mini M4 Pro. It won't connect and show on the desktop. I tried to switch both enclosures and ports, but every time will work just one with display connected on thunderbolt. Both enclosures works fine when I have TV connected via HDMI. That means that third TB port is free.

Sounds like the combination of those three devices, is drawing more power than the Mac mini can provide.

Not sure what portable display you have..?

But if that portable displays only power source is the Mac mini's USB-C/Thunderbolt port.

Then I would test a different display that has an external power source on the Mac mini's USB-C/Thunderbolt port.
