Not Receiving Apple Community Emails (New)

There is a post in this Community about Not Receiving Apple Community Emails (circa August 2024) that is closed. However, I still have an issue where I don't receive an email for updates to my Subscriptions. Is this still an issue? Any idea when this will be resolved?


I don't use my iPhone but rather my Mac but should receive emails to both devices and get none.

I have not had an issue with not receiving the subscription emails. Viewing your subscription history, it looks like the last email notification you would have received was 5 days ago where you responded, so I assume you did get that one. You should also receive an email notification for my post here, so that will be a good test.
