Can I transfer data between iPads with different Apple IDs?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Since the iPads have different AppleIDs, you could

email items from the old to the new, copy items from

the old to an online depository like DropBox and

then copy from there to the new iPad. Copy the desired

items on the old iPad to a portable drive, connect that

drive to the new iPad and copy the items onto the new

iPad.

Media, apps, and other purchases made with the old ID are tied

to the old ID and cannot be transferred to the need

(unless both IDs belong to you and you meet the

other qualifications).
