control center is glitch while watching video in landscape mode. is there any one with me?

It only happens when watching a video, is that correct? If so, what app specifically are you watching in? Does Control Center do the behavior in any Apple apps like Photos? Have altered any of the screen/display characteristics like zoom etc.?
i have done few times, and it still happening each times.
