Passes and Loyalty Cards not showing up on Apple Watch

iPhone 16Pro and Apple Watch 10. From a few updates back, my passes and loyalty cards are not showing up on watch. I have unpaired and paired again as new. All of the credit cards, home keys, car keys and driver licenses are showing up
