Apple Watches Always the Same Issue with Heart-rate Tracking

I've been using the Apple Watches for some time, bought the Watch2 when it launched and always the top specked watch on the market. Currently owning and using the Ultra1.

However, it seems that since the start, I've been having issues where the watches are just losing heart-rate connectivity during workouts.

It'll pick up the heart rate, and sporadically drops it again when moving my arms etc.

I actually bought the Ultra thinking that at the price point issues like this won't be of concern, however, the same issue still persists.

And for those wanting to ask, yes, I restarted, yes, I cleaned the glass lenses at the back, yes, it's fits snug around my arm, yes, I have the latest software.

As mentioned, this is not a once off thing, I can actually pull my daily logs over the past 6 years if not more where you are able to see this. The effect in essence are incorrect tracking and monitoring during workouts.

This is as much a cry for help as it is an observation and hopefully Apple will check it out and come up with a plan, my partner never experiences issues like this with the Samsung Galaxy watches.

If the watch is too close to the wrist, the heart rate sensor may lose the contact, this happens to me as well, if I do not wear my Ultra 2 approx. 2cm further away from the wirst as usual.

The weight of the watch and the movement of the arm pushes it forward, even when cycling outside.
