Why does my iPhone 16 camera blackout and fail to capture images?

the screen turns black and doesnt captures anything i have to wait to turn it back to normal or i have to relaunch the app. Sometimes on opening the app it glitches and everything becomes blurry i have to wait it to turn back to normal
