have anyone had issues with their Ipad 13 pro just stop charging

My ipad 13 pro has stopped charging twice. I am wondering if this is a known issue

In what circumstances has charging stopped? Your iPad automatically manages charging - and will intentionally stop charging is certain circumstances. By example, charging may stop if the iPad's internal temperature is too high.


If you can provide more information, contributors may be able to offer more insight.


Should you have any concern for the health and functioning of your iPad, you would be well advised to advised to directly contact Apple Support and request a remote diagnostic test of your iPad. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.


Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and associated charging accessories:
