How do I recover lost PDF files with Apple Pencil notes on iPad?

I've lost pdf files in which I took notes with an Apple Pencil using the default iPad application.

they are not in the recent folder, nor deleted. they were saved on the iPad.

Apple pencil files are deleted when synced. Sync’d my Ipad with iCloud and all my notes written with Apple pencil disappeared. They were all in folders which also disappeared. Cannapplebprncil notes not be saved on icloud? Where did the files go? I'm have searched as instructed by help.

Deleted Notes on iPad Pro are not in 'Recently Deleted' folder I accidentally deleted a note on my iPad Pro TODAY, and there is no “Recently Deleted Folder” from the last 30 days, which I assume includes today! I also tried to find it quickly on my linked iPhone and Mac. No such luck. What gives with Apple? They can’t do better than this for data recovery? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
