How do I get reoccurring charges removed/ canceled
I downloaded microsoft authenticator because they kept telling me to use authenticator app to verify my account now I want it cancelled and removed

There are no charges for downloading or using Microsoft Authenticator. It is completely free.
There are a number of other authenticator apps in the App Store and one of them comes up as the first item when you do a search in the App Store for Microsoft Authenticator and it has recurring charges. I suspect that you downloaded it instead of the real Microsoft app.

I don't know whether you'll be able to get a refund for what you've already been charged but you can try the following: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
