Blink video doorbell can't use microphone on my iphone

This is a security issue, which is why I bought the Blink Video Doorbell to begin with. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

Check that it has access to the microphone in settings>Privacy>microphone

Look around in the Blink app and try to use the microphone and then push allow.
