Photo.app does not allow printing of selected photo

On the IMac Photo.app doesn't include a print option when a photo is selected in my library. I don't seem to have permission to change the Sharing & Permissions setting to give Read & Write access to everyone, assuming this would be the proper method to allow printing.

If there are other ways to print photos using Photo.app on the IMac please advise.
