I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max in February 22nd and its battery health dropped to 93 from 100 in such a short time this can’t be normal can it? I don’t charge it overnight and I don’t let it drop below 20% and I only charge to 80 to 90 percent

The iPhone 14 Pro Max was discontinued by Apple in 2023. So even if you received it ina brand new, factory sealed box, it has at a minimum been sitting on a shelf somewhere for at least a year and a half. This affects the battery.

This is better than expected if you are saying that you purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max for the reason that sberman has already mentioned.
I get much better battery performance when I set the battery to:
Optimized Battery Charging
Connect the iPhone to the power adapter at night and leave it connected all night.....every night
Ignore any charge limits of 70%, 80%, etc
Never let the battery get below 10%
By limiting the charge to 80-90%, you are forcing the battery to charge more often. This places more stress on the battery.
