How can I find a contact I received via AirDrop on my iPhone?

When you are Airdropped a Contact, it appears as a preview. You then have to manually tap Save for it to be added to your Contacts. If you didn’t, it wouldn’t have been saved.

Given this much information, I would expect the contact to be in your Contacts. Presumably it’s not there, which implies some additional significant information related to your scenario is missing.
