Contact your VPN support folks and ask them how to completely remove the VPN.
You will be able to connect your TV to Spectrum at this point.
If you must have a VPN.......(the only valid reason to even use a VPN would be that your company or school requires a VPN to connect to their network)......you can try to reinstall the VPN at this time.
You may....or may not....be able to connect your TV at this point.
You should be aware...... despite what you might have heard, or the fancy VPN advertising might claim.....a VPN provides less......not more....security for your network.
So, unless you are required to use a VPN by your company or school, your best and safest move would be to avoid using a VPN.
