send a note feature in apple invite is not allowing to paste

I setup an event in apple invites. I’m trying to paste text into the “Send a Note” dialog box from that event but it doesn’t allow paste. The text being copied is plain text from the notes app. I know my clipboard is working because I can paste the text to other apps and to notes.

I clicked in the text field you're talking about and got the contextual menu, selected Writing Tools, scrolled down, selected Compose, and pasted my text into the box that says Compose with ChatGPT. It then recreated my text, with maybe no changes, and put it into the field so I could press "Send Note". Kind of a crazy workaround, but it worked!
